The incumbent is the brand champion in our Nutrition team responsible for total brand equity builder, initiation, category expansion, overseeing responsibilities for marketing, product management activities for Adult Nutrition, which include identifying business opportunity and risks with monthly forecast issuance, formulating brand strategic plan, developing and executing all consumer communication materials and marketing programs.
Formulate brand plan based on strategic consumer and market insights, explore and evaluate the feasibility and potential of NPI and market development
Develop advertising and promotion activations with execution and tracking excellence
Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecast with suggested action plans to achieve the market share
Review the performance of existing product and NPI performance with recommendation to accelerate performance
A&P ownership with discipline tracking of the spending tie with plan
Motivates and mobilize cross-function team for Total Brand Performance
Collaborate with Ethical Marketing to ensure synergized communication and efforts.
Collaborate with Digital and CRM team to achieve recruitment, retention targets and deliver high level customer service and customer satisfaction
Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales team on developing and evaluating effective channel promotions and assist in category management.
Work closely with support functions, e.g. Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain etc. for integrated brand support
Bachelor's Degree in marketing and business management preferred
At least 10 years of brand management/ consumer marketing experience, preferably FMCG
People manager with leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork
High caliber with pro-activeness, result orientated mind-set with learning agility
Fact-based analytic skill and presentation skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
