Our location in Chicago, IL currently has an opportunity for a Sr Manager, Global Strategic Marketing Solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop ARDx Global Strategic Marketing Solutions organizational vision & business priorities in collaboration with business units and aligned with w/senior ARDx leadership.
Lead and develop multi-functional team consisting of digital marketing, marketing technologies, marketing operations, and pack & label, including hiring, career development, succession planning.
Maintain alignment with key divisional stakeholders to maximize value & scale of our solutions.
Plan and manage events and lead management funnel in alignment with divisional objectives.
Develop, implement, and train the business units on global marketing & corporate branding standards across digital portfolios, packaging/labeling and ad/promo document control processes.
Raise marketing standard by implementing global training program in alignment with cross-divisional project team & creating best marketing practices provided by solutions team(s).
Provide access to quality approved marketing materials, overseeing enterprise tools and lead system integrations/improvements.
Establish project priorities and allocate resources and workload to support business priorities.
Lead Abbott Rapid Diagnostics and Abbott Point of Care digital presence and strategy.
Create & manage center of excellence for web marketing programs, digital marketing strategy, content marketing, digital design/UX, SEO email and PPC.
Drive scalable digital programs, monitor competitive digital threats, drive meaningful digital innovation, ensure sharing of digital best practices, and build required digital capabilities to drive consumer/patient awareness, trial, conversion and retention across the division and across the product portfolio.
Oversee a comprehensive lead generation roadmap (i.e. strategic plan, project plan, and action plans) for each "must win" market to drive market leading growth.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Minimum 10 years of marketing/marketing communications/strategic marketing services experience with a combination of healthcare, diagnostics, consumer, and brand management
Strong thought leadership, written & verbal communication skills, and proven ability to interact directly with executive leadership to drive value added strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business & marketing plans
Expertise in insight-based strategic marketing communications development
BS/BA in Marketing or related field
