As part of a department-wide evolution of our constituent relationship, fundraising, and engagement platforms—including a transition to Salesforce as our CRM database of record—a new role has been created to manage the Development and Alumnae Relations department's transition to—and ongoing implementation and maintenance of—Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will report to the Director, Development and Alumnae Communications and will work closely with all Development and Alumnae Relations teams in
