The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies for undergraduate, graduate, international, and transfer student recruitment. Reporting to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer with a dotted line to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the manager will strategize, plan, and execute integrated marketing efforts to meet enrollment targets. Working with Communications and Marketing and Enrollment Management, the manager will work to improve conversion of targeted prospective students through the applicant life cycle from inquiry generation through enrollment. Self-directed and data driven, the manager of marketing must demonstrate return on investment across multiple acquisition channels, including but not limited to organic and paid search, paid advertising, purchased lists, email marketing, social media marketing, and optimized websites. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Experience in integrated marketing. CRM experience, Slate preferred. Google Analytics certification. A commitment to the campus values of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably for higher education, in an agency or in-house setting.
