The Global Demand Operations team at Rockwell Automation is looking for an outbound marketing expert who specializes in contact/lead generation and lead nurturing. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding the implementation of our global campaigns and programs including impactful webinar co-ordination, e-mail nurturing and production of regular results reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience ABM and industry knowledge in smart manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Own development of immersive personalized digital experiences for bespoke ABM programs
Utilizing Eloqua and our CDP support and operationalize targeting criteria for our programs
Develop personalized journeys and email marketing programs that generate demand for our products, services or key account initiatives
Support the creation of our always-on email nurturing programs
Work with 3rd Parties and/or agencies to co-create demand-based promotion
Drive our channel marketing strategy and performance
Focus on ABM program development to support our cross-sell/upsell initiatives
Utilize digital platforms such as Linkedin and programmatic to generate targeted engagement
Regularly work with our regional marketing teams to support regional marketing promotion activity, share content strategies, tactics.
Support content and communication strategies, review content success from our global and regional campaigns.
Ensure layout, imagery, copy is unified, represents Rockwell's brand.
Working with our lead management team constantly evaluate our targeting to ensure optimum lead quality
Working with our Analytics team produce timely program reporting
Provide training and onboarding to global and regional team members where appropriate
Generate documentation and best practices
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor's degree

Business process knowledge
B-to-B marketing domain knowledge, particularly in demand creation workflows and marketing best practices
Marketing technologies - especially MRM, MAP, SFA and BI
Organizational design
Sales processes
Product lifecycle process
Familiarity with 3rd party process designs, including Aligned Measurement Framework, the Forrester Revenue Waterfall, Technology Alignment Framework, Campaign Framework
