Account Based Marketing Programs Manager (Remote Central and Eastern Regions of the US)

We are looking for an experienced ABM marketer, who has produced measurable results from bespoke ABM (1:1/1: few) ABM campaigns. The ideal candidate has direct experience gathering account insights, selecting, and prioritizing accounts and account segments, positioning, and message creation as well as campaign activation planning. The ABM marketing manager will play a key role along with global account leadership in delivering the desired campaign results.
Prioritize and group accounts by common attributes
Collaborate with sales, Industry, and portfolio marketing to create relevant offers and determine the optimal tactic mix for target accounts
Understand and analyze account portfolio makeup, including how key accounts contribute to overall industry revenue, as well as prioritizing industry sub-verticals
Work with functions in sales and marketing to define and establish workflows (e.g., campaign personalization and execution, lead hand-offs)
Partner with demand operations to provide ongoing data and insight into industry accounts from internal and external sources to drive relevance and timely execution
Execute marketing programs on behalf of sales, and collaborate with sales enablement to demonstrate to reps how to execute program elements on their own
Drive customization strategy and execution for campaigns according to analysis of buyer needs and industry trends
Determine from which existing marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for industry account engagement planning
Manage and adhere to budgets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of direct experience in an ABM marketing program leader role
Experience working in a global organization
Solid understanding and experience of marketing and specifically demand generation campaigns - strategy, structure, channels, tactics, content, flow, reporting etc.
Planning/Project Management Skills across multiple project types
Solid knowledge of acquisition and nurture channels, how to implement and optimize them.
Experience of sourcing, briefing, selecting and performance managing relevant external suppliers and channels.
Previous Enterprise/Strategic Account Sales or Marketing experience
Experience using a CDP (RevUp, Six Sense)
Certified ABM marketer (Forrester Sirius Decision or equivalent)
Project and/or program activation experience
