The Associate Director of Marketing, Global Campuses will manage a team of communications and marketing operations staff and collaborate with marketing managers at each campus location outside of Boston, who own channels, campaigns, and initiatives related to the local demand generation and conversion strategies. He/She will also work closely with the Director of Marketing, Global Campuses, and the entire enrollment management function (program and central marketing, creative, marketing technology, analytics, enrolment counselling, the recruitment team and admissions teams) to drive alignment across efforts, manage priorities, and define reporting and analysis in support of the marketing strategy.
A successful candidate will be a strong leader and team player with a strong work ethic and proven ability to successfully work independently, and who actively contributes to the department's welfare in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
Work with the Director of Marketing to coordinate and supervise daily operations across campuses
Ensure marketing compliance with regulations and internal policies
Monitor attainment of objectives via marketing managers within the campus network
Oversee the systems, process and performance training and cadencing of broader marketing manager team
Maintain scheduling of campaigns and meetings across various stakeholder networks
Escalate areas of opportunities and roadblocks within the campus network to the Director of Marketing
Create reports and submit them to the director and/or other executives
Fulfill duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing
7-10 years of marketing team, campaign strategy oversight and management
Demonstrated success and knowledge in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies.
Working knowledge and experience with a marketing automation tools and CRM tools a plus. Marketo and Salesforce experience preferable.
Strong project management skills.
Strong relationship building skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Strong leadership skills and proven success in managing marketing functions/teams.
Experience with management of marketing budgets.
Flexible, creative thinker open to innovative ideas and changing priorities within a fast-paced organization.
Bachelor's degree required.
