Responsible for strategic brand planning, marketing plan including new product launch plan and execution.
Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, especially digital & CRM marketing campaign, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing campaign and content are in line with brand equity.
To be successful in this role, candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, search, CRM & database marketing and website/social analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective digital marketing projects which lead to direct sales (home delivery, EC online sales)
Ultimately, candidate will contribute to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand equity
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively develop, monitor and manage marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the product across both online & offline touchpoints to achieve short and long term business objectives; including revenue, sales, profit and market share targets.
Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive information into marketing plans. Ensure all materials and activities are aligned with and executed in accordance with the larger, strategic plan.
Develop consumer digital marketing strategy with brand lead, brainstorm new and creative ways to better recruit and engage with consumers. Develop and execute brand digital marketing plan.
Keep abreast of the market dynamics, competition, products, consumer insight and use this information to develop and deploy consumer journey and insight based automated marketing campaigns via Saleforce.com. Create a compelling message for the target audience especially throughout the online consumer journey. Collaborate with CRM to convert lead into purchase and retention
Work with cross functions, i.e.. Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Public Affairs, Medical Affairs, Sales & CMM in related to execute digital marketing campaign which leads to online and offline NU and sales.
Manage creative, media agencies to develop and deploy always on digital content to build brand WOM, maintain brand social media presence. Manage brand site, social media page, and EC pages for optimal consumer experience.
Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner. Participate in annual budget Plan/ Update cycle. Achieve forecast accuracy and new products launch KPI targets.
Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures. Understand the healthcare business environment, distribution channels; and pricing strategies.
Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them.
Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, support Business Excellent recertification and sustain business excellence standards.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6-7 years in related marketing experience in MNC FMCG/ Technology/ Retail/ Healthcare or digital agency working in this industry
At least 2 years at the same position
Prefer having hands on experience in digital & database marketing with proven success record, experience with saleforce.com an asset; experience with customer loyalty program is a plus
