Our Marketing Events team is searching for their newest member - Sr. Marketing Coordinator to project manage our tradeshow portfolio and support our conference and internal events programs. What you’ll do here as Sr. Marketing Coordinator?
Core responsibilities include the project management of our Tier 1 and 2 tradeshow portfolios, with team support for our hosted conferences, internal events, and other creative endeavours. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage pre- and post-event planning meetings and continually update team members on findings in a proactive manner.
Onsite lead for vendors, exhibit house, technical set up team and attendees and/or guests.
Complete all show services orders required for assigned events.
Uphold and facilitate lead submission and follow up process, working closely with marketing and sales stakeholders.
Interact with vendors and utilize event and team management systems daily. Support sourcing of vendors and systems as needed, constantly seeking to improve and streamline processes and think outside the box.
Maintain tracking logistics of materials and tasks related to assigned events.
Inventory ownership and accountability for all managed exhibit & product shipments or usage - including location tracking, internal communication, and corrective action processes when applicable
Manage event feedback and metrics, formatting for analysis and providing suggestions for future improvements.
Manage given event budgets, including committed spend, invoice processing, and cost accrual.
Provide overall event team support as required. Work cross functionally across marketing and sales, developing interactions throughout all other departments.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
2+ years of event coordinating experience
2+ years customer service experience
Work in a related position/industry
Not required, but awesome if you have them:
Certified Meeting Planner (CMP)
Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM)
Event Management Software platform experience
