The Business Operations & Marketing role operates across two channels to provide current and potential Equitable clients financial planning advice and service on existing investments with Equitable. As a Remote Advice organization, this team exclusively interacts with clients across the United States via phone, email and other cutting-edge digital tools, seeking to drive best-in-class client experiences, regardless of a client's affluence or likelihood for new investments.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Marketing and design of all Elite Advisor Group (EAG) promotional items
- Drive digital enhancements for welcome kits, repository for training videos, marketing pieces (e.g., EAG path, flyers detailing benefits of EAG segments, tax facts) and branding associated with communications to EAG members
- Manage EAG website, material maintained on eDox, EAG SharePoint site, and EAG distribution lists
- Editor of the EAG newsletter published 3x a year
- Manage EAG toll-free line (updates, enhancements), including annual service updates needed to recognize MLA/MDA leaders
- Manage logistics supporting all EAG field facing meetings (FPs and staff)
- Back-up for EAG designation management and controls
- Handle department purchasing needs (utilizing Equitable's purchasing software tool, Ariba)

Effective Presentations: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques; ability to present information to groups with the appropriate degree of formality.
Financial Services Industry: Knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations and trendsetters; ability to provide specific financial advice to clients.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years experience in Business Operations/Marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as experience with other MS Office Suite products; Word (mail merge) and PowerPoint
- Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively at all internal organizational levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, follow up to ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrated data gathering and analysis skills
- Ability to travel required to branch and/or service center offices and producer training/best practice meeting location
