The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for the research, development, coordination, implementation, and the monitoring of initiatives, projects, policies, systems, processes, and procedures that drive sourcing and engagement of diverse, well-qualified talent for OHSU. The person in this role will plan, manage and optimize marketing campaigns using paid and organic channels to enable OHSU to meet its Talent Acquisition goals and ensure alignment with the OHSU Employee Value Proposition and brand. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will provide guidance and support across the Talent Acquisition team to promote alignment of sourcing and outreach efforts.
Partners in the development and execution of innovative strategies to attract diverse talent.
Develops and deploys engaging, omnichannel marketing campaigns for identified jobs using mediums such as Indeed, LinkedIn InMail Ads, social media marketing, digital advertising, mobile marketing, content generation, organic and paid placements on job search websites, organizational websites and channels, and other approaches.
Manages and optimizes campaigns and advises sourcing strategies based on market trends and other relevant data.
Develops and deploys marketing and outreach strategies specifically aimed at engaging candidates from historically underrepresented communities.
Works in alignment with OHSU Marketing to maintain brand and messaging standards.
Advises on candidate engagement and experience for hard-to-fill roles.
In partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners, consults with hiring managers to address complex recruitment challenges.
Utilizing benchmark and organization specific data, researches and recommends sourcing, recruitment, and selection best practices to ensure timely and quality hires into the OHSU workforce.
Partners in the development of recruitment plans and sourcing applicants, as well as writing and placing advertisements.
Implements processes, systems, practices, and tools to ensure efficiency in recruitment planning, sourcing, and recruitment marketing activities.
Participates in the development of, and maintains proficiency in, recruitment and selection best practices and technology solutions.
Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to Talent Acquisition Partners and Associates on sourcing and outreach strategies.
Partners with the Talent Management leadership and Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment marketing efforts align with priorities and values.
Maintains an effective system of record keeping and tracking of campaigns, ad placement and expenses associated with recruitment marketing.
Edits content on OHSU.edu and intranet O2 related to career and jobs landing pages. Arranges for editor review of written content of recruitment marketing and web page updates. In collaboration with OHSU Social Media Manager, ensures all social media company pages and job aggregator company pages are up to date and reflect OHSU brand.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, 4 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience with demonstrated experience driving sourcing, outreach and engagement of talent, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Demonstrated ability engaging and motivating passive candidates to meet candidate pool targets, including goals around candidate pool diversity, quality, and size.
Effective written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with cultural awareness and develop short- and long-form content aligned with brand.
Ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to manage recruitment marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated experience using computer hardware and software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR information systems and/or applicant tracking systems for reporting.
Knowledge of media purchase.
Strong knowledge of trends, best practices and systems to support leading edge recruitment marketing efforts.
Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals from a variety of professional, cultural, and educational backgrounds and at levels in an organization.
Demonstrated ability to integrate equity and inclusion into work products, recommendations, and interactions.
