TCP Realty Services, a Commercial Real Estate Management Company is looking for a dynamic addition to our team. Our Houston office is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Leasing/Marketing Department.

Job Description:

Assist the Leasing/Marketing Department with day-to-day functions and leasing and marketing issues. Assist with planning, organizing and coordinating projects as well as execute other Property Administration duties as instructed.

Education:

High school diploma or higher.

Experience:

2+ years of Administrative experience and 1+ years Commercial Property experience (Retail, Office, Industrial - NOT apartments) required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Good communication skills required (verbal and written).
• Ability to resolve tenant matters with service-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to compose, edit and proofread reports and correspondence.
• Good computer skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prepare welcome packages, commencement date letters, etc. and send out marketing material.
• Draft new leases/amendments
• Update Marketing Material on LoopNet/Costar, Website, etc.
• Coordinate with third party leasing agents.
• Support leasing/management team in administrative duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Personal and professional integrity expected.
