Job Summary: | Reporting to the Engineering Management Graduate Program Director, this position will support our graduate program directors to expand the reach of our graduate programs. Currently, we have seven master's degrees and five graduate capstone certificate programs. This position will support and coordinate the marketing activities and strategy for these programs including website content, digital advertising, organic social media, promotion event coordination, and set goals and monitor performance to drive marketing investment decisions.

Responsibilities: | Contributes to strategy development and implements marketing projects in support of institutional or unit marketing goals. - 20% Develops, implements, and maintains strategic marketing plans based on research and established strategies
- 50% Develops, implements, and disseminates marketing materials through various communication mediums utilizing appropriate technologies and techniques
- 10% Collects, analyzes, prepares, summarizes, and disseminates data and trends relevant to ongoing or future marketing activities
- 10% Coordinates, supports, and tracks corporate recruiting and conference events for InterPro
- 10% Support graduate program marketing budget: recommend and obtain approval for marketing purchases, utilize UW purchasing process and policies for advertising and event purchases

Qualifications: | Required: Minimum 2 years marketing experience
Preferred: -Marketing experience in education or engineering -Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and website design software such as Adobe Dreamweaver and WordPress -Familiarity with a CRM (customer relationship management) system such as SalesForce -Adaptability; ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment focused on innovation, growth, and change -Excellent internal customer service; ability to tailor recommendations to program directors with unique engineering audiences (Data Analytics, Engineering Management, Engine Systems, Sustainable Systems, and more) -Strong communication, project coordination, and collaboration skills |
