We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. You will develop and write marketing communications, materials, and publications. You will support and implement marketing strategies. You will collaborate with the CHEPS leadership team and work closely with our student team members.
You will report to the CHEPS Faculty Director.
Manage social media platforms (Twitter)
Work with students to develop presentations, papers, posters, and blogs
Design and edit CHEPS presentations, videos, written correspondence, and printed materials
Plan for and attend events and recruitment activities, including taking photos
Strategic planning with the leadership team
Write monthly newsletter and bi-monthly alumni update publication
Procure and distribute swag supply
Write for and manage the CHEPS websites
Communicate with donors
Manage alumni activities
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of professional experience in managing marketing and communications projects
Experience with copy editing, WordPress, Google Suite, and graphic design software (such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop)
