The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing as part of the Corporate Marketing team and provide strategic marketing services across the Berkadia platform.
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator ensures collaboration across marketing functions, such as Strategic Marketing, Internal Communications, External Communications and Events, and alignment in marketing strategies and messaging across Berkadia's service lines and specialty groups. This results-oriented team provides marketing strategy and tactical execution in support of business objectives, using their creativity and firm grasp on technology , campaign tactics and marketing analytics .
Infuse creativity and consistency through employee engagement efforts that help endorse our unique service offerings and expertise (including the value of Marketing).
Create and maintain a cohesive suite of marketing collateral and templates on Marketing in a Box that tell ONE Berkadia story. This includes ensuring all collateral has consistent messaging, as appropriate, adheres to brand standards and includes the most appropriate differentiators and client stories.
Create and maintain a library of case studies (i.e., client stories) that can be shared internally and externally, across multiple channels.
Contribute to the execution and project management of a national and regional advertising strategy, consisting of print and digital. This includes partnering with Marketing and the MaRC on messaging and creative, seeking SME approval and submissions.
Maintain profiles and locations on Berkadia, as well as track and route inquiries received through Berkadia.com.
Manage corporate gift program, closing gift program and holiday store, maintain inventory and budget, and constantly seeks opportunities to improve Berkadia's internal eCommerce efforts.
In partnership with event coordinator, research suppliers and vendors as needed for events and corporate gift program.
Manage meetings, timelines and budgets related to integrated marketing projects, all while collaborating with the broader Corporate Marketing team and the MaRC to execute.
Prepare reports and presentations, as required, for assignments.
Partner with the Director of Marketing and the Email Marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that activate, protect, and differentiate the Berkadia brand.
Analysis and reporting on all campaigns, providing results and actionable recommendations to the stakeholders.
Master the firm's internal systems (e.g., SharePoint) and services to support integrated marketing projects.
Work as part of a team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the broader firm's vision, priorities, and marketing efforts.
Up to 10% domestic travel

What you will need to be successful in this role
Two to four years' experience in a similar position.
