As a Senior Writer for Boston University's Editorial team within the Marketing & Communications department, you are responsible for writing ambitious features about all aspects of the BU community--students, faculty, staff, and alums for all three editorial platforms/publications: BU Today, Boston University's daily news website; Bostonia, the University's alumni print and digital magazine; and The Brink, BUs research news website. You will interact with college students as well as with deans and provosts and demonstrate a versatility that allows you to write about the trends and issues playing out on college campuses, how alumni are shaping world events, and the latest research breakthroughs. You will collaborate with editors, web producers, photographers, and video producers to create substantive, in-depth, and entertaining stories that highlight the accomplishments of students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
