Job Description:

• Markets the Graham Schoolâ™s programs to prospective students, which includes helping to assess and optimize the messaging and branding of each program and helping to develop outreach and marketing plans to promote each program in a manner that highlights the Universityâ™s distinctive culture and academic programs.
• Utilizes market research to make informed and data-driven decisions about how to best identify, target, and enroll lifelong learners in Grahamâ™s programs.
• Develops marketing materials and messaging in collaboration with the Director of Outreach and Communications and other Graham School staff including for websites, social media, presentations, promotional videos, advertising, and more.
• Partners with program directors, members of the outreach and communications team, and Graham stakeholders to learn the strengths and goals of each program and devise a forward-thinking and proactive strategy to increase awareness and enrollments.
• Builds a high-quality, high-touch experience for prospective learners at Graham, including a system for thoughtful and timely responses to inquiries.
• Plans and executes outreach and recruitment events and campaigns aimed at expanding our network and our pool of prospective learners.
• Serves as an advisor to the Dean and to the Graham leadership team on enrollment prospects in the development of new programs.
• Develops and communicates program priorities and performance standards and assesses operations using these criteria. Plans and conducts quality assurance reviews and recommends changes as appropriate.
• Manages program budgets and recommends or makes budgetary recommendations.
• Performs other related work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelorâ™s degree.
• Graduate degree in a related field.

Technical Skills or Knowledge:

• Familiarity with online learning platforms.
• Familiarity with CRMs, Drupal or a similar content management system, project management software, and presentation software, including Powerpoint and others.

Preferred Competencies

• An entrepreneurial orientation.
• Experience with enrollment marketing, ideally in a nonprofit or educational setting.
• Experience with project management.
• A deep passion for the Graham Schoolâ™s mission of lifelong learning and to the University of Chicagoâ™s commitment to deep inquiry and the rigorous pursuit of knowledge.
