LifePoint Health has an oppurtunity for a Recruitment Marketing Manager! This is a remote position.
We are seeking a marketer to aid in planning, executing and optimizing recruitment marketing initiatives for the enterprise. This candidate will be responsible for digital media campaigns, event support, social media content, collateral creation and more. Proficiency in project management across many intiatives and a focus on digital media analytics are preferred. Must be able to clearly communicate across internal and external teams and work autonomously, while embracing a team-centered mindset. Experience managing an agency partner and participating in analytics review and analysis for better decision making are preferred.

Support the Director of Marketing for Enterprise Recruitment in execution of all projects and initiatives.
Assist in recruitment marketing strategy and advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands. This includes numerous day-to-day tasks with the advertising agency of record, other external partners and internal stakeholders outside of the marketing department.
Participate in metrics and reporting to understand how digital marketing campaigns increase brand awareness, application volume or other key objectives.
Facilitate the creation of online content and the website user experience, improving the usability, design, content and conversion of all digital properties within the candidate journey.
Regularly engage with social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn and career site(s) in the form of display, video and webpage content, as well as regular audits.
Intake communication requests from internal partners across the nation related to recruitment marketing - writing of job descriptions, mailers, post cards, email blasts, flyers, banner, yard signs, email headers, etc.
Intake media requests from internal partners across the nation related to recruitment marketing - understand what's happening in the local market, development of media strategy and plan components in collaboration with agency, launch and reporting on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Assist in the execution of all marketing programs related to local hiring events, in-person and virtual.
Maintain profiles on job seeking platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at once
Proficient at Microsoft products, ie. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effective communicator and collaborator
Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines and plan asset timelines accordingly
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment; effectively managing multiple tasks with changing priorities
Ability to work on project teams, including peers in numerous other departments
Capable of working independently and delivering appropriate and timely feedback to management and team members as required.
Prior marketing, advertising or interactive agency exposure through an entry-level or mid-level position desired
Approximate percent of time required to travel: 5% or less.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications required
3+ years experience in marketing
Hands-on experience strategizing and collaborating with numerous lines of business, including internal and external stakeholders
Experience in digital media and marketing analytics
Project management knowledge and proven organizational skills
Healthcare and/or recruitment marketing background preferred but not required
