On-site - This position provides overall leadership for the marketing department, including event, education and institutional marketing and public relations for over 600 events annually. Oversees and supervises marketing and public relations staff, advertising, promotions, media relations and publications with direct oversight and management of the marketing for Kravis on Broadway, Regional Arts, all Kravis Presents presentations, rental activity, as well as institutional marketing and special events. Works with the Director of Public Relations to manage the Kravis Center's institutional, event and education messaging in both traditional and non-traditional media. Acts as the Kravis Center liaison with various organizations and businesses as they relate to the marketing and public relations with the Kravis Center.

Minimum 8-10 years of marketing and advertising experience at senior management level
Experience with major non-profit cultural institutions, preferably a presenting organization or performing arts center
Experience/skill in marketing events within an extremely competitive environment
Minimum Skills and/or Knowledge required:
Direct marketing, including direct mail, telemarketing and group sales
