Harvard Innovation Labs (HIL) seeks a creative, enthusiastic, innovative, and highly motivated individual to join the team as Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager manages and implements the communication plans and marketing campaigns that engage students and alumni from across the University in the HIL community, programming, events, and specialized offerings (Student i-lab membership, Launch Lab X GEO, President's Innovation Challenge, funding opportunities).
The Marketing Manager is an integral member of the HIL communications team and is responsible for planning and executing the digital communication strategy, content calendar, and distributing messaging across all marketing channels.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong planning and project management skills
Demonstrated track record with marketing and analytics/reporting, as well as experience developing and implementing marketing communications plans
Strong collaborative skills, but able to work independently with minimal supervision
Robust work ethic in an innovative environment
Experience with targeted e-mail, social media marketing, and market research
This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based campus 2-3 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be determined between you and your manager.
