MARKETING COORDINATOR, Solve-Marketing and Communications Team, to support the Marketing and Communications team with increasing awareness of the Solve mission and impact. Will support a variety of projects, with a focus on social media campaigns, to help further build and engage Solve's diverse community of impact leaders. Responsibilities include managing and growing Solve's social media accounts; looking for new opportunities and innovative ways to engage with Solve's audiences across each platform; scheduling all content (social, email, articles) within Hubspot; supporting and reviewing the creation of data tracking, analytics, and reporting across marketing and communications and using the data to continually improve content; supporting the team with keeping Solve's website up-to-date; generating marketing collateral and providing design support for collateral production as needed; writing comprehensive communications and marketing for events to help drive registration, attain new audiences, and raise awareness; managing and supporting Global Challenge-related help desk requests; and supporting the marketing and communications director with ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree in marketing or related area; two years' project management/digital marketing experience; background in paid and organic social media management, growth, and analytics, specifically on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram; experience with and interest in digital marketing platforms, including HubSpot; knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, and other design and publishing software; attention to detail; and excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; meet deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of long-term tasks; learn quickly and solve problems independently; and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team-based, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
