The enrollment and marketing assistant plays an integral role in the success of UNHâs popular youth programming. Working with the director, the assistant will handle many of the day-to-day operations performed by the youth programs office, including managing the enrollment system, overseeing registration, sending communications, marketing programs, analyzing registration data, maintaining the website, understanding policies, and procedures, and assisting families with questions.
High school diploma or equivalent and four years of related experience, or Associate degree and two years, or combination of education and experience totaling four years.Strong organizational skills with an attention to detailStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to think analytically and problem-solveExperience with student/financial recordsDemonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, customer service setting, preferably within a technical environmentAbility to work independentlyDemonstrated ability to work with confidential information or issues using discretion and good judgementProficiency in Office 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
