This position is part of the Tandon Online team and reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing. Primarily responsible for managing marketing projects and liaising with marketing agency partner(s) and the Tandon Marketing & Communications team, this role will also develop project timelines and social media and communication calendars to support the marketing of Tandon's online degree and non-degree programs, as well as be responsible for brand stewardship when collaborating with external partners. Developing content, delivering prospective student webinars, and attending and presenting at recruitment events will also be key contributions in this role.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Preferred Education: Master's Degree in a related area
Required Experience: 3+ years experience managing marketing and/or communications at higher education institutions and/or marketing agencies.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency in marketing data and analytics, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with paid media and organic social channels, as well as SEO principles and tactics. Experience with popular content management systems (Drupal in particular). A self-driven, independent, quick learner. Problem-solving, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, team player. Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills expected.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to multitask, balance and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $115,000.
