Bring your brand and marketing expertise to the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy, ranked #7 in the US. The Marketing Manager will lead enrollment marketing for the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program and help attract the next generation of pharmacists who change lives. It's an exciting opportunity to build the UW School of Pharmacy brand and use digital marketing expertise and creativity to develop new marketing strategies and deliver cutting-edge marketing tactical plans. Partnering with Admissions & Recruitment, this position will assess and optimize marketing campaigns to help meet PharmD enrollment goals.
Contributes to the development of marketing strategy and oversees implementation of marketing plans, projects, and campaigns. May supervise personnel within a work unit marketing team.
55% Develops operational plans in support of marketing projects and campaigns including staffing and resource allocation, and oversees execution of operations that adhere to deadlines and budgets
10% Segments audiences, identifies marketing opportunities, evaluates competition, integrates marketing tactics, and measures marketing program results
10% Develops, edits, monitors, and provides feedback on content
10% Oversees creative development and project management processes for marketing activities
5% CRM (Database) database management, data hygiene, analysis, and segmentation
10% Supervises and collaborates with two external agency partners (paid media, inbound marketing) on PharmD enrollment marketing, including ongoing performance management/evaluation of partner agencies and hiring/on-boarding new partners

Required Bachelor's Degree Bachelors degree preferably in marketing, advertising, integrated marketing communications, or relevant discipline.
Work Experience - Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience in marketing with: - Experience with all key advertising and marketing vehicles, including digital/web, social media, print, video, direct mail, events, etc., to deliver marketing and brand initiatives - Experience with paid media digital marketing tactics (e.g., SEM, display, retargeting, OTT/connected TV, paid social) - Experience with inbound and/or email marketing campaigns Preferred: - Experience in enrollment marketing preferred. - Experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools preferred.

This position requires most work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location, up to 2 days per week, if desired.
