Position OverviewThis Lecturer position is associated with the Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Business and Marketing Education (BME) in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD).  OLPD offers interdisciplinary undergraduate degrees that prepare students to explore how individuals and organizations function in societal, community, workplace, and learning contexts. Undergraduate students in the department gain a foundational understanding of organizational culture, leadership, diversity, equity, and workplace communication and consider how organizations engage with these concepts internally and externally.
