Position Information As a condition of employment, you will be required to comply with the University of California SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Vaccination Program Policy. The budgeted amount for this position is up to $73,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for hybrid accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications Good written and interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the campus and/or medical center and with external constituencies. Skill to maintain confidentiality. Good organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills. Working knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, etc. Computer proficient and able to use a variety of software in a Windows environment, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Working knowledge of fundraising, donor relations and public relations concepts, principles, procedures and techniques. Working knowledge of the campus and/or medical center, its vision, mission, goals, objectives, achievements and infrastructure. Skills in maintaining confidentiality. Working knowledge of fundraising, donor relations, and public relations concepts, principles, procedures, and techniques. Working knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, etc. Good organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills. Good written and interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the organization and with outside constituencies.
Additional Information Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments. Provide proficient follow-up, and make effective timely decisions despite tight deadlines and competing projects.
Basic graphic design, HTML, and copywriting skills.
Experience using Raisers Edge, or similar customer relationship management system.
Experience using Adobe creative suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of the location, its vision, mission, goals, objectives, achievements and infrastructure.
