•Overseeing all ticketing responsibilities for the department, including season tickets, mini plans, individual tickets, and group sales in the sports of hockey, basketball, and football. Meet outlined revenue goals in each sport.
•Develop and implement aggressive marketing and promotional strategy with a major emphasis on game experience. Heavily involved in marketing and facilitating student support at home games.
•Serve as game-day manager at revenue-driven programs, including coordination and execution of game day scripts for PA reads, music, video boards, and web streaming.
•Manage online ticketing platform for all home ticketing needs.
•Coordinate the dissemination of information about athletic programs to create excitement and attendance at selected sports through social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and other strategic platforms and networks to reach targeted markets and groups.
•Assist with corporate sponsorship, including oversight of all corporate fulfillment in venues and contests.
•Assist with alumni engagement, including coordination of alumni events, golf tournaments, and other associated programming.
•Oversee gameday staffing for all ticketing and marketing responsibilities.
•Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by e-mail to fans, alumni, coaches, staff, and other constituents.
•Compliance with all NCAA, Atlantic Hockey, CHA, PSAC and University rules and regulations.
•Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

2-4 years’ experience working in collegiate athletics with experience in budget management preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Graphic design skills and social media experience in a professional setting preferred.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed around game schedule.
Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills is required.
Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
