SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist will be a member of the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group ("SB-MAG") and reports to the Atlanta Professional Equity ("ATL-PE") Team Transaction Manager and Sales Partners. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for using Adobe InDesign to create marketing materials (pitch presentations and offering memorandums) to sell multifamily properties throughout Atlanta, Kentucky, and Louisiana. The Marketing Specialist must be capable of providing timely, consistent, and quality design work, while collaborating with the regional marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across the SB-MAG platform.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing Materials
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests from ATL-PE Transaction Manager and Sales Partners
- Work with Sales Partners and Analysts to creatively translate data sets and concepts into an easily understandable end-product
- Use templates to design and format client deliverables, pitch presentations, and offering memorandums
- Successfully transfer Analyst-provided content and data from Microsoft Excel to Adobe InDesign
- Interact professionally with clients and vendors to complete marketing-related tasks (scheduling property photography, professionally printing materials, requesting approvals, etc)
- Print and bind marketing materials in-house
- General Marketing
- Demonstrate creative development and production skill
- Produce creative collateral to support the business, ensuring alignment with company's brand positioning from concept to final product; and utilize available creative programs
- Manage creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects
- Develop and customize marketing collateral and design work
- Share best practices with regional marketing team and participate in cross-training sessions

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience should include:
- Moderate knowledge of marketing and communications disciplines
- Moderate knowledge of commercial real estate industry, or willingness to learn
- Moderate proficiency in Adobe InDesign, mild competency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with graphics, marketing, or production environment

- Real estate background a plus
