Management experience in leading a team, supervising staff, and professional development
Experience with career services management platforms and tools, e.g., Handshake

Extremely well organized with excellent follow-through ability
Effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Experience in counseling, advising or teaching of students/adults on their career/professional development
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and to interface effectively with employers, students, alumni, faculty and university administrators
Ability to embrace and drive change and to organize and manage multiple priorities, programs, and projects, both independently and in a team
Proficient in the use of web-based software
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required
Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication, program planning, presentation, and computer skills
Ability to establish rapport and relate well to students, faculty, employers, and staff
Ability to work with a diverse population of team members and constituents
Willingness to work collaboratively with academic units
Careful attention to detail
Type of Position: Full Time Position
Work Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 to 5 with some evening, travel is required
