ADMISSIONS AND MARKETING COORDINATOR, Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) Program, to work independently as a key member of the Admissions Office team and be responsible for a full range of duties supporting its operations and the recruitment of prospective students to the program. Will contribute to the strategic work of the Admissions Office by coordinating projects related to marketing operations, recruiting activities, applicant evaluation, and day-to-day operations; ensure high-quality delivery of service to applicants and manage several technology systems, including the application, evaluation, and CRM system; identify and develop innovations and solutions where precedents or procedures may not exist; and work closely with Admissions Office leadership to ensure activities are well coordinated across the team.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; two years of academic administrative, admissions, and/or project/program management experience; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; comfort working independently and within a team-oriented environment; strong writing and editorial skills; good judgment with sensitive/confidential material; meticulous attention to detail; and strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office and database reporting. Must be able to make decisions and set priorities in high-pressure situations; resolve problems effectively and tactfully; present to large groups; and interact effectively with applicants, students, faculty, alumni, and Institute and corporate officials at all levels. PREFERRED: experience in higher education admissions for graduate business and/or engineering programs; experience managing social media and/or website accounts; and experience with or knowledge of one or more of the following: Slate (admissions CRM) or other admissions database, WordPress or other content management system; content marketing practices and email marketing; experience with Google Analytics, marketing to young professionals, and live-action photography and/or video production.
