Duties and responsibilities of the Co-Director of Cheer & Marketing Team Assistant include but not limited to:Oversee the scheduling of practices, games, competitions, and events.Assist in selecting, training, and evaluating cheerleading team membersAssist in observations of practices and games of all levels from Lower School to High School in the program, ensuring the development of cheerleading skills, technique, and choreographyFoster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and Christian character developmentProvide guidance and instruction to enhance cheerleaders' physical fitness, flexibility, strength, and overall performance
