The Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions will have responsibility of managing and marketing and promotional efforts of Citadel Athletics, to include using extensive marketing and promotional strategies to generate and increase interest, excitement, loyalty, revenue, attendance and a preferred game environment for fans. The Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing & Promotions will lead overall marketing and promotions strategies for the marketing and promotions staff. The incumbent must understand marketing & promotional campaigns, how to increase attendance at Citadel athletic events, utilize social media, create and execute specific campaigns to increase exposure and attendance for each sport program, and develop promotional materials and advertisements.
