Springdale offers a rigorous curriculum based on real-world application to equip students socially, academically, and emotionally. Springdale teachers offer differentiated and globally minded instruction to students in small class sizes. 

The Assistant Director of Admissions participates in all aspects of the admission process for students in grades 6 to 12, including the recruitment, evaluation, enrollment, and retention of admission appropriate students. This position supports and implements the school’s strategic admissions and enrollment plan to attract and retain a diverse group of applicants by the expansion into new markets and the increased presence in existing markets. The Assistant/Associate Director executes segmented and sequenced marketing communications plans that target all phases of the admission funnel for prospective students, parents/families, and related influencers. This position positively represents the school in on- and off-campus recruitment and community events and cultivates and maintains relationships with local feeder schools and other educational organizations. 

This position serves on the admissions review committee and works collaboratively with the Director of Admissions to develop and implement strategic marketing and social media campaigns. The Assistant Director supports communications for all audiences, including new, transfer, and international students, school registrars, families, and other special populations.

Qualified applicants should hold the following in education and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master's Degree preferred) 
• 3-5 years of prior experience in admissions, recruiting, marketing, or related field 
• Commitment to using professional role to further the creation of an equitable and inclusive school community
• Interest in making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment

• Empathetic and able to cultivate positive relationships with young people
• Detail-oriented, with the capacity and flexibility to efficiently manage numerous small and large tasks
• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and listening skills
• A proven collaborator who can work with all internal and external members of the community
• Use of reflection and feedback aimed at continued growth

This is a full-time, 12-months, exempt position. Campus housing is available.
