Job Reports To: Senior Director, Communications
Job Summary The Assistant Director, Marketing Communications will support Nacha's Communications and Marketing Team in executing and reporting on Nacha’s marketing and communications efforts to promote the ACH Network (e.g., Nacha Rules, advocacy, Network Development and risk management) and Association programs (e.g., education, membership, accreditation, Nacha Consulting and Preferred Partner program).. The position involves close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Communications and Marketing team members responsible for each program, positioning you at the center of a hub of excitement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support Communications Efforts:
Assist in executing multi-faceted marketing and communications strategies.
Develop performance reports by program (e.g., email campaigns, website analytics, advertising results and social media metrics).
Digital and Social Media:
Act as a liaison with outside PR firm to execute Nacha’s social media strategies to enhance its presence.
Report on metrics for Nacha’s website and other digital communication channels.
Provide reports on social media campaign effectiveness.
Member Engagement:
Assist in the development and report on the effectiveness of Nacha's communications.
Serve as a liaison with PR firms for tracking advertising, posting news clips to the intranet, and keeping the industry calendar current.
Marketing Platform and Database Management:
Support the development of profiles within Impexium and Hubspot, and Hubspot dashboards.
Make website content edits and share duties to maintain a clean database.
Manage the promotional and podcast editorial calendars for Nacha’s podcast channel.
Produce and coordinate schedules related to podcasts and provide reports on podcast episodes.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate and ship materials.
Other duties as assigned.

Initiative-taker with a well-developed aptitude for time management; and leading, building and participating in teams, especially in a remote-first environment.

MS Office 365 applications and SharePoint
Experience working with marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of HubSpot, Sitelmprove, Drupal and Impexium is preferred.
Knowledge of Zoom and MS Teams is required.
Required Background / Minimum Qualifications
College degree and a minimum of 2-5 years’ work experience in communications or marketing.
Prefer experience in an association or PR firm.

None at this time.
Working Conditions
Some domestic travel may be required beyond the required three onsite meetings in Reston, Virginia each year.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and light lifting of boxes may occur. This would require the ability to lift files/boxes, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool, as necessary.
