The primary responsibilities associated with this position are to promote the health system and its services in an effort to positively impact volume and the health systems community image. Design and implement marketing initiatives for system, programs, service lines, physicians, and other entities as identified to support the marketing plan and strategic business plan.
Collaborate with and provide marketing recommendations to multiple departments and system leaders. Act as a liaison between the Marketing department and the requestor; managing expectations, providing updates, and tracking projects from initial request to completion. Coordinate with writer(s), graphic designer(s), requestor, vendors, community partners and others to guarantee final product follows required guidelines, meets strategic goals and is completed within designated timeframe. Coordinate events with Press & Public Affairs and keep them abreast of any initiatives that may warrant media interest.
A solid background in marketing, communication, production management, and campaign development is required. Knowledge of competitors, market conditions and health care industry trends that may affect the outcomes of marketing products and services is needed. Must maintain a current knowledge base of local, regional and national marketing trends and use such knowledge to provide informed opinions on concepts. Ability to understand and incorporate financial influences into specific tactics.
Ability to develop and implement strategies that will promote the services of Lee Health and support specific marketing tactics, build market share and customer loyalty. Serve on and actively participate in designated multi-disciplinary committees and/or task forces for accomplishing system goals.
Promote service lines as needed including physicians, pediatrics, and others.

Minimum of 3 years of health care marketing experience required. Experience working with physicians and physician administration across multiple health care disciplines is preferred.
A team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the company, as well as vendors, community leaders, physicians and the general public.
