Job Description:
Tennessee State University Center of Excellence Learning Sciences invites applications for the position of Marketing/Recruiting Coordinator – TECTA.
This position is responsible for the program's marketing and communications strategies and
the program's overall branding and image.
Responsibilities:

the program's overall branding and image.
Responsibilities:
- Works in collaboration with members of TECTA management to ensure consistent messaging across TECTA programs
- Prepares annual marketing plans and create calendar of campaigns and events
- Provides evaluations of progress toward recruitment goals
- Assists TECTA Program Director in reporting TECTA program related data and statistics
- Makes presentations at local and state professional conferences and meetings
Skills and Abilities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize tasks, prioritize/reprioritize, review, and monitor systems efficiently to provide reports and deliver feedback effectively
Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects at one time and meet firm deadlines
Ability to communicate with statewide partners and other agencies
