Functions To take ownership of the Society’s vital membership operations and select marketing programs.  This individual will join a multi-person team to provide professional and direct assistance on a regular, ongoing basis as the primary point of contact for telephone, written communications, and more – largely concerning membership questions, password/login assistance, etc. The SFPE Membership and Marketing Associate will also directly lead the Society’s mailed invoicing efforts and ensure continued oversight of automated renewal processes. Additional responsibilities include generating various membership contact lists, compiling data on select membership metrics, updating membership records, processing membership payments, assisting with member communications
