The role you’ll contribute:
The Marketing Strategist works with the Marketing Manager, coordinates day-to-day marketing planning and execution for key service lines. Applies working knowledge of market research and analytics to develop and organize plans that competitively differentiate AdventHealth and ensures the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and/or brand awareness. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to advance the service line’s strategic vision. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Manages the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned service lines. Contributes to the development of annual marketing plans; setting goals, strategies and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
Facilitate physician relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through lectures and events; collaborates with CHN and AHMG on digital and direct marketing strategies.
Supports the development of direct-to-consumer physician-specific marketing initiatives to drive volumes and enhance marketing efforts of new and current physicians to drive referrals and grow market share.
Provides marketing leadership with ROI reports to ensure business goals are met, as well as provide input in the development of key community relationships, affiliations and partnerships.
Supports team to drive the execution of marketing strategies and ensure overall business objectives are met. Assists with resources and strategy development.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Three (3) years of marketing experience
Valid State of Florida driver's license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Experience in emerging digital media and technologies
Experience attracting, hiring, retaining and developing teams and individuals
