Job Description:
At EnerBank, the Enterprise Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Marketing and New Business Development teams in executing the company's enterprise marketing strategy and programs (branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company's business objectives. This position focuses on acquiring new program sponsorships through the management of all online and offline marketing programs.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.
Primary Responsibilities
Works with the sales team in lead generation, brand awareness, and account-based marketing approach
Works with the shared service and marketing agencies to develop marketing materials and digital assets to reach intended audiences
Creates strategic campaigns to support new business development lead generation
Works with event team to identify and execute events aligned with the enterprise marketing strategy
Develops monitoring system to report on activity and outcomes of all enterprise marketing activities
Engages in competitor research to leverage competitor intelligence
This job is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of marketing experience
Or Associate's degree and seven (7) years of marketing experience
Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of marketing experience
Preferences
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience in Adobe Suite
Skills and Competencies
Ability to both assist in and create marketing materials
Ability to work with multiple teams and departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong strategic marketing skills
