TheTeam: As a Channel Partner marketing manager for the Americas region, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, prioritizing and delivering compelling marketing campaigns while working alongside channel partners, commercial stakeholders and regional marketing teams to accelerate lead conversion and market share across our data delivery ecosystem. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end marketing plans and budget. In this role, you will identify, create and scale partner marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns across new and established target market audiences. This team is part of our Ecosystem and Partner Marketing team, responsible for developing scalable co-marketing engagement and community programs with key external partnerships across the global energy and commodities landscape.
The Impact: S&P Global Commodity Insights provide market-driven insights to the energy and commodities industries. The Channel Partner Marketing Manager will look to grow established relationships while cultivating new and impactful co-marketing partnerships across our global ecosystem of channel partners, industry influencers, exchanges, and other key strategic partnerships important to out business. Success in this role relies on the ability to build collaborative relationships at multiple levels internally and externally. A positive, upbeat approach and the ability to manage a number of simultaneous tasks, projects and stakeholders while remaining calm and focused are also key factors to successful performance.

Execute tactical marketing programs (Campaigns, events, content creation, enablement, digital activation) in partnership with channel partners, regional and global marketing teams, and commercial strategy
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through better audience segmentation, digital techniques, and processes; be aware of latest lead, audience, and content-led customer acquisition advancements
Establish an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, building strong connections and trust
Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics in support of partnership goals
Form strong partnerships with internal marketing, content, commercial and product teams
What We're Looking For:
Passion and focus, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, fun and energetic person wishing to take on a new challenge
Minimum 3-5 years in a marketing role, or similar experience; B2B financial and energy services experience a plus
Experience managing and exiting multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and event channels to drive B2B commercial growth
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups internally and externally
Experience in working across global environment with cultural acumen
Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, organizational and time management skills - a strong individual contributor and team player capable of balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, ability to turn analysis into actionable items and to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
Ability to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs
A customer-centric attitude and the motivation to work entrepreneurially on a regional marketing team
Experience of working within the channel and partner communities a plus
Deeper knowledge and interest in social media and digital marketing platforms
Experience in building and managing customer data (targeting, segmentation, campaign sizing, propensity modeling)
Industry knowledge - Energy & Commodities markets
Ability to demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility
