The marketing director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract prospective students and increase brand awareness.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:
Create a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the institution's goals, target audience, and budget.
Identify and define the institution's target audience and key competition.
Ensure a strong and consistent brand image that resonates with the target audience and conveys the institution's unique value proposition.
Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and SEO, and traditional marketing channels to reach prospective students effectively.
Event Marketing:
Promote recruitment events such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions to engage with prospective students and families
Data Analysis:
Continuously analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators, and adjust marketing strategies based on results to optimize recruitment efforts.
Budget Management:
Ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources and maintain a cost-effective approach while achieving recruitment goals.

Salary Range: $70,425 - $83,600
Qualifications
Education:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field.
