Job Summary The Recruitment Marketing Manager works with Marketing & Communications, Human Resources and other key stakeholders to help support Boston Children's clinical and administrative hiring needs using the latest marketing initiatives. This role will create recruitment marketing plans that attract specific talent segments including early talent, specialized talent and diversity hiring.
This Recruitment Marketing Manager will:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition functional teams to understand hard to fill, high volume and urgent need roles and recommend marketing strategies to improve candidate flow.
Manage the creation and execution of strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to target business and functional talent needs and ensure we are positioned to attract, engage and acquire talent
Work with senior leadership to plan and implement an employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
Responsible for community management on BCH recruitment social media channels and managing all social advertising campaigns related to talent recruitment, including writing copy, posting and optimization
Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape, assigned customer segments, competitive analysis, market segmentation, etc.
Work with Digital, Communications and Market Research teams to optimize digital marketing best practices
Develop positioning and value propositions that sets BCH apart from the competition.
Take initiative to stay on top of, understand and influence the use of innovations and best practices in marketing to improve campaign development and effectiveness.
Conduct competitive analyses, research and market segmentation; assess research and market data and incorporate into recommendations to manager.
Manage relationships with external agency partners as necessary
Prepare reporting as required for campaign planning and for presentation to stakeholders.
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or equivalent plus at least 5 years' experience in marketing and communication, with at least 2 years related specifically to talent acquisition.
Proficiency with all aspects of recruitment marketing strategy, planning and execution including audience definition, competitive analysis, content development, digital marketing (SEO/SEM), collateral (e.g., brochures), advertising, events/trade-show materials, and strategic initiatives.
Creative ability to translate hospital value propositions, messaging and content into an effective integrated results-driven recruitment campaigns.
Proficient understanding of visual design tools to oversee development and design process of campaign materials.
Ability to provide insight into effective digital and traditional mediums specific to clinical and consumer segments.
Quantitative ability to assess research and market data to drive recommendations that elevate the BCH brand.
Strong ability to balance quantitative and qualitative expectations of marketing campaigns.
Healthcare, digital or high-tech marketing experience preferred.
Experience managing relationships with stakeholders required.
Thorough knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google Adwords
Professional experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and familiarity with social media tools such as Sprinklr
