Manages overall marketing and programmatic efforts for the Department of Residential Life and Housing, which includes presentations and publications for university functions and outreach, conference services, reservations and services for the university chapel and other auxiliary spaces.
Manages the daily operations of the department's marketing and outreach services, including supervision of staff.
Markets and promotes services to potential clients by phone, mail and visits.
Develops proposals and appropriate budgets for multiple sales contracts.
Develops and implements policies and procedures for best practices to ensure quality client services.
Designs promotional materials and presentations for sales operations.
Researches and analyzes trends in student housing, conference and wedding services.
Develops on-going assessment of multiple areas of services; formulates related goals and objectives.
Represents the department at professional conferences, trade shows, meetings, etc.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelors and 3 years experience
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.
