You Will Be Responsible For:
Works with external clients, internal team members, freelancers, and vendors to meet with clients, set deadlines and assign tasks, clear barriers and follow-up communication as needed.
Collaborates with graphic designers and other members of the marketing team to develop advertising, educational and other content.
Gathers, documents and disseminates initial project details so that all project participants have the information needed to get started.
Manages, creates and schedules the timeline of marketing projects from ideation through completion.
Report out on department projects to marketing leadership.
Ensures that all marketing projects are continuously documented in project management system, risks that might impact the successful delivery of the project are identified and mitigated without compromising quality.
Manages the organization of the market’s print portal, serving as a liaison between print vendors and internal clients
Always demonstrates professional conduct.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field OR 5 years of project management experience
Minimum 3 years of specific project management experience handling cross-functional team engagements and communication.
The Marketing Project Manager will work with the marketing team to intake requests, create, track, and monitor all projects for the department. They are responsible for communicating between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timeliness, communication, and completion of the department’s projects.
