This is us in a nutshell:
- We are singularly focused on providing all the tools and building blocks our customers need to deliver outstanding online shopping experiences and innovation across all digital touchpoints.
- In 2013 we introduced a modular, API-first cloud-native commerce platform, pioneering the headless commerce space and enabling us to build the foundation to change our whole industry for the better and re-invent ecommerce.
- Our international expansion has reached Europe, the US, and the Asia Pacific. In September 2021, we announced our $140 million series C funding round led by global tech investor Accel, alongside existing investors Insight Partners and REWE Group, which has accelerated our global growth. We are now valued at $1.9 billion, and have been named a Leader in the 2021 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Commerce for the second year in a row.
The Opportunity:
commercetools is seeking a revenue-centric Campaign Manager with seasoned experiences in inbound and outbound marketing to get customers excited about our next generation commerce platform. The Campaign Manager will create, implement, and manage global programs that will help us reach new markets, create buzz, and most importantly build pipeline for our sales organization.
The Campaign Manager will report to the Global Head of Marketing Programs and will engage the entire global marketing team to support the global campaigns with a special focus on collaboration with Field and Partner Marketing. Throughout the campaign, you will use data and analytic tools to track, measure, and tweak as necessary to hit our campaign goals.
*Our Campaign Manager must work EST hours*
Your Mission:
The Campaign Manager will make an impact! You will come up with amazing campaigns, implementing them on-time and in budget, tweak them as needed, and contribute to an ever-increasing sales pipeline.

-
Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey
-
Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion
-
Ensure that content reaches the right part of the buyer journey at the right time
-
Leverage our modern marketing stack including Hubspot, 6Sense, and Asana to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows

What you need to succeed:
-
Campaign management experience (leading by doing): you will devise marketing plans and effectively work with others inside and outside the organization to actualize them.
-
Communication experience (speak, read, write): excellent interpersonal skills are key to maintain relationships, persuade and work with a global, highly diverse organization.
-
Project management experience (get it done attitude): you will meet established time frames for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns. You will need to guide the output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track.
-
Data experience (analyze and optimize): the campaign manager needs to be good with words and numbers. You will target selected groups, as well as analyze the campaign. If you don’t know where you’ve been, you can’t get to where you’re going.
-
3+ years of experience in a campaign management or demand generation role in a high-tech organization; preferably cloud-based software
