We’re seeking a Brand Development Partner who brings:
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills with a personal touch
- A passion for structured processes and creative execution
- A book of business to share is a plus—but not required if you bring the right energy and drive
The First 90 Days (Trial Period)
This is your time to shine. During the trial, you’ll:
- Spend time with our experienced sales person, learning our systems and style
- Work hand-in-hand with our inside team, building trust and alignment
- Receive the tools, templates, and branded systems you need to thrive
- Show us how you perform, collaborate, and contribute to our mission
After 90 Days
If it’s a match, we’ll move forward with:
- A formal one-year contract
- Payment for your common SKU (will explain further during this process)
- Continued support, growth opportunities, and a seat at the table
