We are searching for a forward-thinking Marketing Manager – Brand Strategy & Innovation to elevate our digital presence, drive direct bookings, and shape the future of hospitality marketing through creativity, technology, and AI-powered strategy.
This role blends storytelling, digital advertising, data analytics, and content creation to showcase one of Southwest Florida’s premier hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Performance
Develop and optimize digital campaigns across social, email, and web.
Use AI tools for segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Track KPIs and provide monthly performance dashboards.
Social Media Leadership
Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.
Maintain editorial calendars and content workflows.
Leverage analytics and social listening for continuous improvement.
Brand Storytelling & Creative Content
Produce and manage multimedia content: video, reels, graphics, blogs.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Partner with Sales, Catering, and Events to highlight onsite experiences.
Website, SEO & Listings
Support optimization of Hilton.com, Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor.
Apply SEO best practices to increase organic visibility.
Paid Media & Advertising
Build and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Align campaigns with Hilton corporate digital initiatives.
Innovation & Emerging Tech
Research and apply new marketing technologies.
Propose creative, competitive campaigns for brand differentiation.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Catering, and Front Office teams.
Lead or oversee freelancers, interns, or creative partners when assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 12 months of experience in digital marketing or related field.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual design ability.
Hospitality or luxury lifestyle marketing experience preferred.
Familiarity with AI in marketing is highly valued.
