DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST , MIT Professional Education (PE) , to collaborate with PE colleagues, program director/s, other staff, faculty, clients, and vendors in the delivery of world-class professional education programs to organizations and individuals. Will work internally with MIT departments and with external marketing vendors such as PR and ad agencies. The main responsibilities will include developing targeted digital content and implementing digital communications strategy, working with a media agency to traffic digital ads and messages for conversions, analyzing trends and reports, and managing content for digital platforms.

Job Requirements REQUIRED : a B.A/B.S. in a related field; at least five years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a corporate setting; in-depth knowledge of marketing, web, social media, SEO, and paid campaigns; demonstrated ability to build productive and collaborative working relationships with individuals at all levels, including senior officers; experience developing effective KPIs for marketing campaigns; ability to work effectively in a pressured, fast-moving environment; excellent organizational, interpersonal, customer service, editing, and oral and written communication and presentation skills; good judgment with confidential information; and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Drupal, Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop), web content management systems, project management software, social media management software, video editing, HTML, SEO, and Google Analytics.
